About 80% of the family offices in our database are single family offices or investment companies run by a single wealthy family, and the rest are multi family offices. We provide the investor type for each row in our database and lists, so you can filter them with ease.

Single family offices manage the capital of a single wealthy family or HNWI. Multi family offices manage the capital of several wealthy families or HNWI. Many multi family offices started as a single family office, and then evolved to offer their services to additional wealthy families.

Multi-family offices are included in our database if their website indicates that they are actively seeking investment opportunities or serving ultra-high-net-worth families or individuals.

 Also included in the list are holding companies of wealthy families, venture capital funds run by a single family office (as a single LP), and private investment companies owned by a high-net-worth family or individual.

Yes. We provide two types of verified email addresses:

1. Personal work emails - provided for ~75% of listings in the USA, APAC and MENA regions, and other allowed locations.

These emails are derived from web searches and from testing name and domain combinations, coupled with SMTP tests. We then run our email
lists through additional verification tools. We use a strict approach, aiming to avoid “catch-all” addresses and other issues.

2.  Company contact emails -provided for ~67% of listings, in all locations. These email are collected from family offices’ websites (and are thus verified). Some of these emails are structured “person-name@domain.tld” but most are company emails such as “contact@domain.tld” or “info@domain.tld”

* We aim to reduce bounce rates to a minimum and increase your deliverability. However, those depend on different variables, and we cannot guarantee the results of your email outreach.

 ** To comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations, we cannot include personal work emails for family offices in the EU, UK, Israel, Canada, Japan, and Brazil.

*** Sending cold emails is not a very effective way of connecting with family offices or investors in general, and we don’t recommend it. Using LinkedIn to identify paths to receiving a warm introduction is a much better approach, but if that isn’t possible, connecting and messaging on LinkedIn is more effective
than cold emails.

1. Yes, we provide the personal LinkedIn profile links for ~ 90% of decision makers in family offices from the USA, APAC and MENA regions, and other allowed locations.

2. For family offices in Europe, Israel, Canada and other locations with strict privacy regulations, we offer a unique solution:

We provide the name and position of the top decision maker, coupled with a direct link to the “people” tab on the family office’s LinkedIn company page. That means our lists give you all the information you need so that connecting with the family offices’ top decision-maker is just two clicks away.

We review our database and only include family offices that have a live website or an active LinkedIn company page, or both.

 The fact that these family offices maintain a live website or LinkedIn company page means they are still operating and choose to have a public presence. In that sense, they are active.

 We cannot guarantee that the family offices in the database are actively looking for investment opportunities at the time of your purchase, of course (beware - anyone making such claims is obviously lying).
